Do you have existing excel application or we need to create it? We can also use MS access database for development. Please share details , which fields should be required on form? We are Microsoft Access,  Excel and SQL server database developers, about the experience my senior colleague has over 21 years experience and I have a 10 year of experience in building Microsoft access databases for various industry types and purpose, we do have contracts with couple of companies for long-term support. We had initial development of database for these companies. And on a ongoing basis we are making changes and/or supporting for bugs, improvements etc. We worked on over 530 Microsoft Access projects till now.   We follow engineering methodologies, naming conventions.
