The best for me would be to do it in libreoffice, but it is ok also in openoffice or office 265. I need to remove the duplicate emails in the excel file periodically, butif I aply the tool REMOVE DUPLICATES of OFFICE 365 then it change the alignment between the email and the company names, plus I donàt know how to remove automatically the emails blacklisted that I have into another excel sheet I have a database of email composed in this way: Column A company name Column B Email address 1) Periodically I have a blacklist of emails to subtract to the emails of the column B, but without change the match between the emails and the company names 2) Periodically I have also to check that there are no duplicated emails, and they are about 2000 duplicates, but if I just delete the duplicated emails, then it not match the company name with the emails, and if I do it with selection, then it find only 30 duplicates.. When we defined the real quote, then I can send you the file to check it.

1) Using VLOOKUP between the two files the blacklisted emails can be filtered and deleted from the main Excel. Rather than just deleting the emails whole rows need to be deleted in order to retain the email-company match. 2) Remove duplicates with selection is the correct way to retain the email-company match but looks like - same email is associated with multiple companies - same company with different names - same company with some extra unwanted spaces between the words This needs some manual analysis to exactly understand what the issue is. Can you kindly share the file so that I can have a look at it and provide a solution please?
