I am trying to create a customized audience at Facebook Power Editor or Ads Manager but CAN NOT do it. Facebook shows error message as follows: (#2654) No Permission To External Event Source.: Do not have permission to the external event source (e.g. pixel, app). Can anyone help me to fix this problem? See screenshot.
