CREATE FACEBOOK AND TWITTER PAGES + MASSIVE QTY OF FRIENDS

We are a shopping centre that is about to relaunch after some renovations. We have a Facebook and Twitter page that we can't seem to get reasonable followings. We need help in designing a Facebook and Twitter pages and most importantly, how we can get massive amounts of friends/followers. Could you please when responding to this job, just give us examples of sites you have produced and approximately how many followers/friends you were able to obtain for your client/s. Please provide only relevant examples of this job and when you could start and finish this job. We will be choosing a coder fairly quickly and have many more jobs coming up where the successful coder will be used for other jobs. We want assistance in our social media strategy and then developing the sites so we can attract as many customers as possible.
