Dear sir, I'm an Italian and i live in the Philippines, i changed my number 2 times being here. In Italy is very common send a one-time-code using SMS. I am able to use here my bank account in Italy. I can be your support. 25$ for hour is too much. I know that You are in trouble, but is not fair to abuse. My idea is to translate any message and inform bank that i'm an only the translation service. You can check my translations. And only in very limited case i will talk to bankers but just to define how to let You have full access to Your account. My bank is Ethic Bank that use money only in ethical way and or green way, they have full services of home banking. Maybe with 25 dollars, just one ore two hours the question can be solved.
