Edit flash screensaver - add more random animations

Hi, Pls see screensaver attached which was incomplete by previous designer. 1. We need to add "dots" to each country as per PSD file. Basically, each country has a dot to show client has worked there. 2. i want to add these dots in the map but smaller (compared to the PSD) and glowing as the screensaver looks a little empty now. 3. and there can be smaller planes flying between them randomly. these planes can fly without slowing down. so because they are smaller won't take away attention from the current ones. Please revert with costing and timeline.
