Simple Flash banner

I need flash banner with dimensions: width:800px; height:181px (please check on site if these values are correct). Site is http://www.autoline.ba. Banner is supposed to replace existing header banner. In attachment are background for banner, text file with descriptions and font that should be used for descriptions. These descriptions should appear in pop-up, or something, when user moves mouse over appropriate car model. For example, when user hover over model A, Description: "Poklon paket za A-klasu: metalik boja, klima uređaj, paket opreme Avantgarde", should appear beside that model (break lines at punctuations). This should look professional, and since this is simple project, I expect low price. Delivery should be asap, as this is supposed to be finished Monday 8:00am Greenwich time. Optional: If possible, project bidder may choose to do additional job. Music notes on background should appear and disappear randomly. IMPORTANT: In proposal, note if you are bidding for project with or without option. Of course, contractor will deliver both, .fla and .swf files. Payment via Freelancer upon completion. Type FLYER in your bid, so I see that you read everything you should and that bid is not generic one. Thank you.
