Build FLASH Online Card Game Interface

Hello, We need you to implement this game using Flash or Flash Builder (ActionScript 3.0). We will provide the main game code (SWC file) and design. This game is very similar to Poker game. Please see attachments, there are 2 main states, state 1 to select game and state 2 with main game table. We will need some basic animation like card moving, chip moving, etc. We will send you: 1. the PSD files of design. 2. SWC of the game logic so you can use directly, for example: var game:MainGame=new MainGame("localhost"); [login to view URL](MainGameEvent.GAME_JOIN, onGameJoin) or [login to view URL]() [login to view URL](); [login to view URL](); (we will provide the server address so you can test) 3. AS Doc of the SWC so you can use if you want. You must be familiar with Tween library. Prefer lightweight code. mx: or s: should not be used. This task should not take longer than 7 days.
