Our basic Requirement – n Simple and user friendly student (user) interface or front end. n Very user friendly admin (back end) interface. Easy for a non tech person to operate it. To give rights, assign course, send reminder etc. n Option to pay fees online, by integrating payment gateway. n Notification -- for pending payment, exam reminder, about new courses, promotions, offers etc. n Promotional bulk email or SMS to database contacts. n Exam module, admission form, enquiry form, landing page, Optional /Advance requirement – We are using various excel sheets to maintain the data about training related transactions, like buying a course from vendor and selling of course to corporate or retail clients or students, n Data fields should be updated automatically like :- o If buying a course from vendors :- § Vendor Name, Course purchased, Bill No, Order No, Basic Amt, Tax Amt, Payment date, TDS Paid date, etc. o If selling a course to corporate:- § Client name, course name, our Invoice No, Date, client PO no & Date, Amts with service tax, payment received date, service tax payment date. o If selling a course to retail student:- § Booking amt, per month EMIs (if not EMI then final EMI) o If receiving and dispatching or couriering the certificates:- § Certificate Courier dispatch date, received or non receiving § Courier of certificates received from vendor. o Enquires/Lead management, how many enquire came and were converted as registered user or client. In entire process of transaction and delivery of course, we like to have automation system Like alerts (SMS / email) going to students for - Exam schedule, - payments due date, - Acknowledgement alert on fee payment or EMI paid. - students training venue, - Pre-Course material issuance once the booking amt is received from student or on successful enrolment. - Post course completion to verify certificate delivery to student.
