Media Player with End User Playlist Functionality like Youtube

Use open source media player (e.g. [login to view URL]) and add a playlist feature for the end user similar to Playlist feature on Youtube where anyone can create multiple playlists from content available. In this case, content would be come from a single hosted video library. I, as the admin, would also need to created playlists for the end user as an easy way to get them started. Videos must autoplay to the next video automatically and the video box must remain full size from one video to the next. In many cases, once a video is completed it returns to the home page where the video appears at the original size. I do not want this to happen.
