271714 Professional Brochure 1-Page

I need an experienced graphic artist to create a professional and original corporate brochure that is 1-page double-sided. It's very important the work be original so please no copying, stealing, clip-art or templates. My client wants a very professional business look and operates a strategic management and marketing consulting firm. I would like you to produce 2 different original design ideas so the client can choose one to move forward. Successful bidder will also receive a creative brief on the company and screen shot of draft website homepage to understand design direction. Feedback process until completed – all copy and corporate logo to be provided to you. You will only use royalty-free images, preferably from Big Stock Photo or iStockPhoto. You will integrate the image supplied to you on the front cover of one design concept. Once design completed, you will provide me designs in common formats in both higher resolution (600 dpi) for printing and lower resolution version for use as electronic documents (i.e. pdf, doc). Also provide me copy of native .psd or .eps or whatever final art files. And of course I will need final RGB and CMYK color codes. You will release all copyrights to work to me. 100% Payment will placed in escrow (to be released as follows: 25% initial, 25% after concept chosen, 50% completion) If interested, please indicate your experience (portfolio link), cost and timeline (URGENT!).
