HTML/CSS Website Template

I need a high quality HTML/CSS website designed for a company that develops iPhone applications. This website will be used primarily to showcase these applications. This is to represent applications on the cutting edge of technology and the website should reflect that. It must be stylish, well laid out, simple and to the point. It must be SEO friendly. See attached document for examples of URLs that I like. I am flexible on pricing so don't be afraid to contact me if you can provide the required quality. No flash, but javascript rollovers are acceptable. This is a brand new-site, but I will provide a logo. All other content should be filled with placeholders on delivery. General page types: There will be 6 different page types. I expect all pages to have a menu in the top area of the page linking to each of the main sections. See attached images for a general idea of what I am after. The Single App page will be the most viewed page, and as such requires the most attention. - Home page: includes company introduction section and a latest news section - Apps page: will display icon and small amount of text about all applications sold - Single App page: the showcase page for each app - Blog: displays blog postings - Contact page: simple contact form - FAQ, Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions - simple page with purely textual content Type of person I am after: Someone who can create a high quality design is more important than someone who can create great HTML. I also need someone who communicates well and will keep in contact throughout the project. I expect to have quite a bit of input on your designs. You must be able to demonstrate prior expertise of high quality design. Please include a few URLs in your proposal that I can look at. Timeframe: Timeframe is flexible, but something around 3 weeks would probably be good. ## Deliverables Complete HTML/CSS website filled with placeholder text. I do not require things such as contact forms to be functional. All images must be provided with full source files at a reasonably high resolution. All HTML files, script files, CSS files, image files and any other files required to view and operate the template must be provided. ## Platform Standard web host.
