497975 Amend Image so that it fits website (Portrait to Landscape)

I have an image which is tall and thin and to fit in with the rest of my images it needs to be shorter and wider. I need it fixed so that it doesnt loose the important elements of the pciture which are the cowboy and horse hunting the cat. I would imagine it will require padding the left side of teh image by duplicating strips of it so that it gets teh right shape. I dont know what is the bets way otherwise I would do it myself. I can use the left side of the image which does not have important detail to put my text box with my message.
