Hi there! I can certainly do this on a professional level considering my 9 years of Corel and 5 of Photoshop design. I would be more than happy to communicate with you throughout the work process (using skype or some similar tool) and at the end of the task will offer you the PSD as well as several other well known formats including SVG for you to be able to use it not just on your website. Please also taken into consideration my work in web development and the sheer amount of logos that I have designed for a lot of companies, and even though my rating doesn't reflect that it's just because I just started to work on this website to see how things go here... usually my clients are people I physically speak with and meet.
