Project or Pinky

Need a cartoon character. Here is what my client has for specs.... I'm looking for a character dressed up in hip hop gear, but more than anything, they have to have a big head, that's the main idea about the character. He has to have a big head. No more than 3 colors to go in the drawing, primarily black, red, white, or maybe even blue. I'd rather a black and white design though.
