floor plans

i need a very profational person or comany, that can do 2d floor plans (3d floor plan is wellcom option, not instead of 2d) the work must be acurate according dwg or pdf input, with as much veraity as you did a long time floor plans you do must not be in one style, cos each client want it a bit diffrent and i need 7-8 design options as a design standart, like sample, attached, or better. price must be very attractive, cos we want to compeat a big company here. and we will use your service on a yearly basis, if all will work well. in this project, as a start project, we need 14 types of plans, made with style attached as "this stlye now" please only pro bid. and ones that can stand behind there promises. that can do job in fix time and deliver on time you can ignore language barier, ill translate whats needed, if needed, and anyway, usually i add text after floor plan is ready i need price per one floor plan, and that one price for all styles (no metter what client chose, same fix price per plan x number of plans (duplex and pentahouse concidered as 1.5 floor plan). thanks ran
