Build a Website

-I need a PSD converted to either HTML5,XHTML with CSS or CSS3. -I have done 2 PSD`s attached below showing what i would like done. -I need this urgently shouldn`t take more than 9 hours to deliver this please shouldn`t exceed 16th, Feb, 2015. -Please put Comments in all your code both the HTML and CSS style sheet. -Improve on the design where necessary, and please keep it very simple this is just a landing page with static links. -The Sample site used to develop the PSD mock-up is [login to view URL], you may also look at and [login to view URL] to get a brief feel of the simplicity in design that am looking for. -Lastly the two PSD`s attached are similar with the difference being on the boy section where the tiles are, i need to index files/(landing pages) with only that section of the pages looking different in the two landing pages. -The three most important things i need for this job are:- [login to view URL] on time! please be sure you can get this done in around 8 to 9 hours i need this by 16th/Feb/2015 which is tomorrow, [login to view URL] proper knowlege of XHTML or HTML5 and CSS, CSS3 and make sure to comment on the code. 3. Background of This Project. -This Page is a home/landing page where various applications can be launched. The number of links on the page "varies" depending on how many products are are installed, -We are giving this page a new modern improved look, but keeping it very simple. -Dummy information in the psd sample mockup should be replaced with the text in the word document.
