This is not to write an entire web applicaiton. Just an MVC controller, and model to handle the below listed task. Please bid accordingly. I need a web developer with a good knowledge of Phalcon PHP to create a controller and model that allows a person to upload a 3d model (3dMAX, AutoDesk, SolidWorks etc.) and store the location in a MongoDB as well as encrypt the file so it cannot be accessed except through the application. Since files can be large, hundreds of MBs if not a GB or more, I need the application to use C extensions complete this task. Please only bid on this project if you are familiar with C and Phalcon PHP.
