Fashion illustrator/designer for a new fashion-tech jewelry accessory

Brill is a new and upcoming Richardson based design house crafting fashion accessories specializing in personalization. We blend style and form with a hint of technology and innovation. Next to our business philosophy to disrupt and innovate fashion, we are passionate about crafting environmentally responsible products, improving lives by giving back to those in need, and raise awareness for social and environmental issues. We are looking for highly creative, disruptive, open-minded fashion illustrators/designers preferably with an expertise in jewelry design with millennials and gen-z in mind. Key concepts of our accessories are personalization, customization, and modularity. The form-factor of the accessory, design requirements and the specific customer profiles will be discussed further with the candidates as part of the 1-hour interview. The candidates will be given the following four testing criteria as part of the 2 week trial period. Testing criteria #1: Designing 5 different unique styles around specific customer profiles Testing criteria #2: 5 illustrations for each of the 5 different unique styles Testing criteria #3: 10 Photoshopped stock images for visualization Testing criteria #4: Logo design Candidates who are proven to be the talent we are looking for will be offered a contract and/or equity depending on how well they match with our company vision and culture.
