Senior Designer to Guide and Lead In-house 2D Designers (Part-time) -- 2

Description: We are looking for an experienced senior designer to assist in guiding and leading our in-house 2D designers. This will be a part-time role that requires only a few hours a week to provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to our team of 2D designers. Responsibilities: Provide guidance and mentorship to our in-house 2D designers Lead design projects and provide creative direction to ensure high-quality design work Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine design concepts Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices and share knowledge with the team Requirements: Proven experience as a senior designer, with a strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and leadership abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members Strong knowledge of design principles, tools, and software, with a focus on 2D design Experience in leading design projects and providing creative direction to a team Passion for mentoring and guiding designers to achieve their full potential If you are a talented senior designer with a passion for guiding and leading a team of 2D designers, we encourage you to apply for this exciting part-time role.
