I am planning to build a web app, lets call it Kids Space where Kids can share different kind of content once logged in. Parents will manage the accounts for Kids. The app will be like a journal for the kids to records what ever they are creating, or achieving. The content type can be drawings, audio recordings, writings, PDF files or any achievements (Photo of certificate etc). The app for Kids to manage content and Parents to manage kids account will be in React JS and connect to REST service by Java Spring boot. The generated website (sub folders with kid's username) for kids will be static site. When ever kid publish content the static site will be regenerated. The parent will login using oAuth (Google or Facebook) to the application and can choose a subscription plan. The selected plan will determine the space allocate for the account which will be shared across kids' accounts. Parent can choose how much is allocated for each kids from the space in the account. The project can be deliverred in two or three milestones. The first milestone is the parent authentication and subscription module. Also allows creating account for kids. The second milestone will be for allowing Kids to manage the content and to generate static websites. Kids will use basic authentication. Also Kids can choose different templates for static side in future, so the static side generation should be implemented in a way it supports extension in future. Also we don't want to use any static site generator for this but to generate using custom code. Please submit bidding if you have experience with Java Sprint boot REST api development and also having experience with React JS. Also should be available for online meeting to discuss on requirement. If only chat is an option please avoid bidding for this project. Please add some referrence to similar work on Java Spring boot and React JS work you have completed previously.
