We are looking to develop an online application for a Cost-Benefit calculating tool. The tool and all calculations have already been created in Microsoft Excel workbook. Our current tool has been created in Excel using protected worksheets and navigation via form control buttons. This project would essentially be taking the existing tool and putting it into a user-friendly online application. A few details of what the application would include: - user login required via email. - ability for users to save projects. - ability to save and print final output in an attractive report (.pdf .doc) - designed and branded with our company colours/logo - stock buttons, transitions, etc are fine. Some guidelines for preferred programming languages and frameworks to be used: C# (C Sharp), ASP.NET CORE 2+, Angular 5+, HTML5, JavaScript using ES2015+ standards, CSS2 optionally with LESS or SASS (can use CSS3 with fallbacks in place), If applicable, the database used can be; file storage, MSSQL (any version), SQLite, or any preferred document db solution.
