One page web design and implementation (no cms)

Design and implement one page website. The website shall have a design similar to the included "reference [login to view URL]". Please also notice the "reference [login to view URL]" which contains a mockup of the top part of the website and the color scheme. The top menu contains links within the same page (anchors), so only one page, no sub pages. Notice that the hero area is a photo carousel consisting of multiple photo. The carousel must change the picture automatically every 3 seconds, but also have controls to change the picture with clicking. The photos to be used on the website are attached. Also the text to be used on the page is included. The implementation must work with any browser size, including mobile devices. The implementation must work with Chrome based browsers but also with latest Firefox browser. At the bottom of the page, there shall be a contact us form, that will have basic input validation, it asks for user's name, email address, phone number and message. When the "Send" button is clicked, the form's information is sent as an email. Under this contact form, please include text "We can also provide our services in English. Please send us a message and let's chat!" Unlike in the design reference, this website shall have three social contact icons: Line, Facebook and TikTok (the reference has Youtube instead of TikTok). These are simply links to these social media URLs. The implementation must be simple and lightweight, so please confirm before using any third party libraries or APIs. Something like bootstrap + vanilla JS would be ideal, or bootstrap + jQuery. The website shall have a small database usage feature, in which every time the page is loaded, a new row is added to "leads" table with the following information: 1) Visitor's browser agent string, 2) Visitor's IP address, 3) 0 or 1 depending whether user is using a mobile device, 4) User's name, email, phone number and message if they fill up the contact form and click the "Send" button. Note: In case user send the form multiple times, then this data is overwritten in the same table row. After I accept your bid, you will get server access to the server that has cPanel, and you will implement the website there.
