En tu caso particular te recomendaría migrarte de Sharepoint Online, con lo cual te puedo apoyar y sería mucho mejor par ael desempeño. De antemano, un saludo.

Client words- The project to be carried out is to modify and establish improvements to the SharePoint 2007 version application that we use which has been having some difficulties in its use, these changes to be made will be present in this list of requirements.
