We invite talented UI Designer and Developers for Web Responsive Application Project. This project is intended to provide settings and tracking for clients and users for a Mpbile App. We will be using Metronic Admin Theme with JavaScript and Bootstrap, for more details on this theme please see below links: [login to view URL] The following themes will be used in the project: Metronic - Responsive Admin Dashboard Template [login to view URL] and Conquer - Responsive Admin Dashboard Template [login to view URL] Initially we need someone to provide us with UI design and then proceed to development using: - Javascript - Bootstrap - Angular.js - JQuery - CSS We will be providing all required web api/web services (.net) for data reading or posting for this project. Therefore, back-end is not included in this project, only front end web app. The attachment is a DRAFT sample of 20% of needed work to be redesigned using themese above and proposed as UI before development start. . We will evaluate the contracted source based on the quality, time , and completeness and award him/her the remaining 80% to finish or find another source if evaluation was not optimum. The Web Application should support both languages; English and Arabic.
