I can confidently fulfill the ideal skills you give on the description. i having experience on making fluid animation, i can do non-fluid also. and different style. usually im working on ToonBoom, but i can do adobe flash too. about duration i having little bit of worry cuz fluid and finished animation is very time consuming. but we can discuss this. but last but not least everthing i do, i'll do with maximum effort!
