This is an “organizational obsessive/compulsive detail-freak position.” • New life insurance policy processing • Take raw data gathered by advisors, organize it, file save it, • Enter it to build digital application forms, • During U.S. 8a – 5p Pacific Business Hours, call financial companies (including conference calling or Zooms, with clients) to chase trailing documentation, • Keep checklists clean and in order, and track tasks on a pipeline calendar, • Confirm and follow up on money moving from old accounts to new accounts, • Report achievements, milestones, and task delays or blockage at the end of every day, • Support and grow with us! REQUIRED: Strong, Comfortable, Conversational English... this position is a Phone & Zoom position talking to Americans constantly. REQUIRED: 3 Years' prior experience processing life insurance, and/or investments.
