SEO White Hat Backlinks

I am looking for PR5+ permanent, one-way backlinks. There is only 1 key word that I would like you to focus on for this project. If you do a good job, I will give you more keywords. I require all backlinks to be from different websites but relevant to the keyword and property. Please PM me your link quantity, rate, and amount of time to generate the links.
