Social Media Expert / Experto en Redes Sociales

We are a long established Real Estate Company in Miami, Florida USA. We require a social media expert to implement and carry out a strategy on our Facebook, Twitter, Google + and Pinterest platforms. Must be good communicator needs to have excellent Spanish and English skills (grammar, writing and reading). Main requirements are to increase awareness of our company and our Brand in a creative way. Monitoring and tracking customer engagement. Carry out competitions and promotions as required to increase audience engagement. We are seeking mass online PURE marketing and social media content management. Buying fans or followers is not part of our strategy. For this, we will have a dedicated person following you and auditing your work to maintain quality and our image. We can presently commit to a three month project and this will then be renewable monthly for the right person. We can foresee a requirement for approximately 60 hours per month or 15 hours weekly negotiable. Specific Tasks: 1. Researching and Drafting Content • Finding quotes, links and images that you can share • Posting Content • Develop Newsletter to consolidate all posts on a weekly basis. 2. Monitoring and Engaging with Your Audience. • Set up alerts, feeds, and monitor mentions of across the internet. Use Tweetdeck, Google Alerts or Mention.net. • Thanks for mentioning me! • Track link-backs 3. Building & Managing your Network • follow / friend / connect with new people • unfollow people who aren't active (Use ManageFiltter) • Commenting on content which is not your own • Only link back to your own site three out of every ten shares (Use Klout & [login to view URL]) • Post a 'question of the week' poll encouraging interaction. • Simple status updates (Ex. "Have you being able to find the home of your dreams? How effective has been your search? How efficient is your realtor?"). • Like pages in your niche (real estate). • Like and interact with the biggest names in your niche (powerful real estate companies) • Inspirational and Funny Images and Quotes. • Thank new followers. Interact with re-tweeters, post replies and mentions. 4. Social Media Profiles Up-To-Date • Make sure this is complete for all social networks and the about pages are up to date. 5. Handle Your Competitive Analysis • What it is that your competitors are doing on social media? (Growth rate? content sharing?) • Compare their growth with competitors on a weekly basis, provide reports. Use Facebook Insights, etc. 6. Maintain a Social Media Weekly Planner • Maintain this Planner (Adjustments, rescheduling, updates)
