Reciprocal Link Building

Hi, I need 100 reciprocal links built to my website. The sites will need to be in the Forex niche and should be at least a PR1. My site is still a PR0. You will need to report to me weekly on the progress for that week. I will also need to be contacted so that you can let me know which links to add on my site. Please note, I will not accept links from the following: - Directory submissions - Blog posts - Forums posts - Article Directories - Social Bookmarking Or any other free service type links. The links should all be from reputable content sites in the forex niche. Please give me an estimate of how long this will take along with your bid.
