Hello, I analysed your requirement. It is a Signal Processing task. I have experience in audio/signal/image processing. For reference you can check my last completed project on freelancer.com I checked, it is mentioned in the attached document that C/C++ and JAVA should be used for development. Please let me know if LabView is acceptable for programming language, that would make the work a lot easier. Please provide me the audio samples so that I can process them. Thanks
