Skills and Experience Required: - Expert knowledge of Python and Flutter. - Proven experience in AI, particularly machine learning. - Experience in developing data analysis tools. - Familiarity with developing software applications for construction co Summary: The envisioned project is a software solution designed to streamline and automate the communication process between engineers and contractors in construction projects. This software facilitates the generation and transmission of instructions from engineers to contractors, such as directives to increase the rate of progress. It also incorporates a system for receiving and processing monthly updates from contractors, which are then used to generate Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs). Additionally, the software integrates with Primavera schedules to ensure that project schedules are updated accurately and efficiently based on the information provided in the contractor's monthly updates. This comprehensive approach aims to improve communication, efficiency, and transparency in construction project management. Resources to be used (Recommended): • Flutter • Python • AI Analysis of Text and Generation of Letter • Java if needed. Deadline: Within One week of posting date Note: If you have suggestions of your own then please share. Deliverables: • The software (The final product). • A file that contains an explanation of everything you have done. • All the code files of the project contain comments on every featurentract management. - Familiar with Primavera P6 and FIDIC Redbook.
