NodeJS REST API

I need a backend developed with a REST API. It will be in NodeJS with a Postgres DB (use Sequelizer). You have to be extremely familiar with Javascript design patterns, promises and async calls. SQL has 4-5 tables and it has to do some basic operations. I have a draft SQL that you can use to start but it is incomplete. I will have a few servers that will get/post/put to the API. So the API should be able to read the posted data and do with it what it’s supposed (update, insert, delete, select…). It will post mostly pairs of data, but there may be some XML too. Overall, this backend has to keep track of the users using some web service. I also need some backend logic for authentication, reading some logs and calling the API based on that. I expect the usage of the following dependencies: express + body-parser, pg, sequelize, grunt, passport. If you feel the need of adding more dependencies, please ask me first. I will provide you with the application the server is running so you can run it on your computer (linux) or in virtual. I'm very open to suggestions, but don't come suggesting to use PHP, or similar ideas. If you’re interested let me know and I can explain more, preferably before you bid.
