261773 Affiliate Site - Help Adding

This site is currently an affiliate site with about 35 affiliates(folders/salespeople). I need 2 affiliates added asap. ALL of the content is identical, excluding contact phone #, email, and paypal checkout. The site owner recently got rid of his webmaster, and I'm trying to help him out. But.. I only have HTML skills. Please bid a FIRM COMPLETION DATE and FLAT RATE amount to complete this project for me.
