multiple choice quiz

I need java script for the following quiz: 1. Quiz to hold 300 Multiple choice questions with four answers per each question. 2. Each answer will be color coded: Green, Blue, Red, Yellow. 3. I will need to know, which answer (green, blue, red, yellow) was clicked. 4. Each answer must be totaled (green, blue, red, yellow) at the end of the quiz. 5. At the end of the quiz, I will need the totals of each color that was clicked emailed to an email address. 6. The totals of each answer clicked (each color clicked) must not be viewed by the quiz taker. In other words, I need java script that will allow me to make a 300 question quiz with four answers each. Each answer will be assigned a color that is not viewable to the test taker (1. green 2. blue 3. red 4. yellow). These hidden answer colors will be totaled at the end of the test and emailed to me. Example: What is your height 1. 3 feet tall 2. 4 feet tall 3. 5 feet tall 4. 6 feet tall In the above example , the answers are not important except for the color that they represent unknown to the test taker.
