Home page with Java Script animation (code provided) Boot Strap studio ?

The project is to create a home page with a background particle animation. All graphics, fonts & code with instructions for the java script animation will be provided. It is just a matter of putting it together. I would like to have the ability to amend or extend this page at a later date and so would like it to be built in Bootstrap Studio or some other simple environment that allows drag & drop & editing by a non-developer. I am willing to consider Flat File or Open Source drag & drop CMS environment. It seems there are thousands out there. I have tried Mobirise but think that Bootstrap Studio may be the way to go. The page is required within 2 - 3 days. Please see attached the detailed specification. I will provide the relevant fonts & 2 graphics files when the project is accepted.
