• Having Good Knowledge of Service Now Modules (ITSM, CSM, Custom Application Development)
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• User administration, Table, view, field creation, Group/ Roles.
• Update sets, Notification/ Event registry.
• Configuring client scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, ACL.
• Data management – import sets, transformation maps, data source.
• Creation of Reports, Dashboards
• Workflow creation, Flow designer, Notification.
• Service Catalog, Catalog Item, Workflow, Catalog Client scripts, Catalog UI Policies.
• Business Rules, Data Policies
• Inbound and Outbound Integrations. (REST API).
• Have a Good Knowledge of Automated Test Framework
• Interact with the client to understand the requirement.
• A sense of urgency, commitment and focus on the right priorities to develop solutions in timely fashion.
