this is for a joomla expert ya your work is very simple. you'll be working on two website. work 1) setting up a simple website. i will give you the quick start files and then you need to do the setup thats it. that simple. work 2) the current site is running and just a small simple networking site that is based on joomla. however i need to re-setup the site but i need all user database,images, and the standard setting stay intact and be visible even after you setup the new theme to the site. basically it is about installing the web theme for joomla nothing much. but am too busy to do this work. max bid will be USD20. the cheapest and promising bid will win this work. and 10 rating will be given. more work will be offered soon.
