Android/iOS Mobile App using PhoneGap

Looking for a developer for a Mobile Application for a local Tourism operator. Our client would needs the app to work on both Android and iOS platforms. Our intention is to have the application "screen scrape" off their website, so that they only have to update one location to keep both the website and the application up to date. Their website is on Joomla platform. The application will also need to use a widget from [login to view URL] so that users can book accommodation, events etc. The application needs to be compatible with Google analytics. We would prefer a developer who has had experience developing PlugIns for PhoneGap. In Stage 3 of the project, we will be wanting to implement Augmented Reality and other advanced functions. The application needs to be written using universal coding. We want other developers to be able to easily read, edit and alter the code - nothing proprietary. It also has to be very well documented, with comments throughout the code. Applicants must have easy communication channels. Phone and/or Skype is a necessity. Applicants must also sign a non-disclosure agreement. Wireframe to be provided upon request.
