Joomla Component Developers needed ...

Hi I require Joomla (v1.5.3 / latest)audio component which will provide us following features. 1. Flash Player to play audio files and option of popup player or play at embeded player. 2. Song submit option with details(artist name, genre, type, date, album name, description)but all will be optional fields. 3. User will be able to create playlists and play them. 4. Song download link (encrypted) 5. Powerful search : by artist, album, song name, date added, size etc. 6. Sorting of songs and albums. 7. Only one song will be allowed to play at one time, means single instance of player, like user should not be able to play 2 or more songs simultaneously on even embeded player or popup player or on both at a time. 8. Song download count, listen count. 9. Featured artists, songs, albums. 10. Common features that a music component should have.
