Bootstrap / Joomla Menu / Mobile Menu

Hello freelancers, I need a menu styled, its for a bootstrap / Joomla 3.2 website, the menu's HTML is controlled by Joomla so there for cannot be changed by this project, you can go here to see the menu's HTML [login to view URL] We can use the menu system included within twitter bootstrap 3.1.1 or if you want to use another jQuery menu that is fine too, as long as the HTML does not change as outlined above, and that it is mobile ready. Please review the attached PDF, I have outlined the fonts, colors etc. and included screenshots how the final menus should look. *** REQUIREMENTS ********************************* 1.) The main parent menu items need to be centered. 2.) The sub menu items need to be activated by hover not the default click. 3.) I would like the sub menu items to stay open for 1-2 seconds after mouse out (jQuery?). 4.) Please provide a working demo on project completion on ether [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]
