I am looking for an experienced professional who can design a layout / land use of a *hillside* property. This 5+ acre lot has approx. 0.5 acre leveled (not finalized). I need the following: 1. Provide a recommendation of additional excavation, grading, levelling etc. to increase a usable size without sacrificing mountain character of the lot (be mindful about erosion prevention, vegetation, etc.) 2. Propose a location for a house, shop/garage, and RV on the leveled part. 3. Design a driveway (route, materials) 4. Where to place trees / bushes / grass (not only on the excavated part but in other places), for some privacy. I will provide a topo map in DWG format. In your response, please indicate if you have an experience with mountain lot design.
