I am looking for someone to generate leads for me. These leads need to be for home owners in Florida that are looking to sell there houses fast (motivated sellers) due to: , They are behind with their mortgage payments, They are facing foreclosure. They are already in foreclosure and are facing eviction from there home (repossession) They have been left the house in a will etc, The house needs repairs. Moving because of a new job, Found another house they want to buy, Divorce. etc... Bottom line they are in a hurry to sell their property and would therefore sell at a discount. Once you have generated these leads I will approach the lead and offer to purchase their property. I would also offer them the choice to rent the property back off me once I have bought it. If this is their family home and they are behind with their payments, this allows them to clear their debt and keep their home. I believe that a strong lead generation program needs a solid website that capitalizes on organic traffic opportunies and long tail keywords for the Florida real estate market. My purpose is to create a website that becomes a hub for lead generation through SEO optimized pages, informative articles and a vibrant endpoint to facebook marketing. At a rate of $20/hr I will spend 80 hours building this website that will consist of: SEO optimized pages, targeted content articles, Google Analytics, Facebook Retargeting, Graphics & Design, Florida County Directory, Strong Call-to-Actions, and Contact Us form with your required lead information, Labor is $1600. Components and directory plugins will cost $600. This includes Directory component, Contact us plugin and other parts deemed advantageous to the success of the website. Remaing budget willFacebook marketing is a huge opportunity for lead generation due to the amount of information on users and the ability to target users with insightful behavior such as Residential Behaviors which consist of: Length of residence, Likely to Move, Recent Homebuyer, Recent Mortage Buyer, Recently Moved.
