After mod_pagespeed installation the static sites are operate only with .htaccess,mailserver check

After mod_pagespeed installation the static sites are operate only with .htaccess. Need to set up the sites to run also without .htaccess in both servers. Also need to set up the mailserver to receive emails only from the specific email accounts per domain and not from domain accounts which are not created. ( not receive whatever(at) [login to view URL]) The spamming messages need to be deleted not to receive it in outlook as spam label Need to make security checks to both servers Instructions how all the above could be done
