AWS Ubuntu Jupyter Lab Cron Job

I have a server that is on AWS and is the defualt install of Ubuntu 18.04 with deep learning packages. It automatically has Jupyter Lab installed on the server. And typically I remote into the server and just run "Screen Jupyter Lab" This obviously keeps the juptyer lab server online until some happen and I have to do a reboot. But recently I decided that I want to avoid SSH into the server and running these commands. I thought it would be easy to just set up a cron job to automatically run the command Jupyter Lab. I ssh into the server and ran "Crontab -e" Then added this line to the bottom of the cron job list "@reboot source /bin/bash; ~/anaconda3/bin/jupyter lab" When I reboot the server jupyter lab dose restart but I noticed that it's like it does it from root rather than from ubuntu or that anacoda is not running yet. All of the anaconda environments don't show up on the jupyter lab launcher. Im unsure why this is happening. I have also recorded a short video going over what is happening. If someone can help me fix this I will happily compensate them.
