Blocking Internet traffic except WhatsApp and Email for wifi clients

Hi, Limiting traffic over expensive sat links we know all about here in SA. I have 3 clients where I do precisely the same setup whereby limiting traffic exclusively. The one client runs a hardware store whose only internet option is mobile data (4G). Its batsh#t expensive and so I had to come up with a solution. He was topping up his mobile data sometimes 4 times a month. Was additional $250 a month! Since Ive installed my solution he hasnt topped up once, he actually has data rollover available now. I allow web,email and whatsapp. Whatsapp is tricky because it will try communicate on port 443 and then fallback to other standard Whatsapp ports. Those ports if arent handled correctly will block things like Whatsapp video calling, but normal messages will work. I dont want to give too much away here for other bidders to copy but please feel free to ask me questions.
