my CentOS cant resolte domains when use wget

Im trying to download php and other things and I ever get this error: [root@localhost]# wget -c [login to view URL] --2015-12-18 15:52:59-- [login to view URL] Resolving www.php.net... failed: Temporary failure in name resolution. wget: unable to resolve host address [login to view URL] same error when I try download anything with wget. I search in google but i cant fix the problem. thanks.
