Fix communication issue between two different dedicated server on which Vos is installed

Do you run vmware on bridged network or host network? Usually, such comm errors comes from iptables configuration / IP forwarding in the host system. I would also recommend to establish secured connection (e.g. WireGuard) between two servers running vos3000 if it's not required to expose the service publicly. If the egress/ingress bandwidth is limited it's also makes sense to configure QoS.

Hi, i can help you troubleshoot your issue and look at vmware level and hardware level. If we find there might be an application issue, we should have somebody with knowledge of vos3000 system, or the vendor support. I'm a vmware certified engineer and a networking specialist so i think i can help you with a little 4 hours in two sessions of work. If we get some insight and you need more time to get a fix (some firmware updete or such things) we can extend this time. But for a first review i think is enough time. I'm at gmt-3 timezone so i can extend my working hours outside this timezone schedulling with some time.
