Stress Test Simulation My Personal Website using method POST

I need to do a stress test simulation to my secure website (worpress) using Apache Jmeter or Hey/Boom. I need this simualtion to find how efective kubernetes pod can replicate. This stress test can simulate 25, 50, 100 concurrent user that POST a comments page or forum page and this process can simulated as authenticated user. I can do stress test simualation with 100 concurrentuser in 60s using hey by this command : #hey -z 60s -c 100 [login to view URL] That command is for GET method only. The challenge is how to do stress test using POST method to authenticated page that protected with login password forum or news posting. Any help is appreciated. Thanks PS: This project is not intended to DDos some site but it is intended to know the realiblity of my site.
