i need a small help in magento 1 onepage checkout

Hi i will check this issue : Message me soon : i need a small help in my magento 1 onepage checkout, the problem are below: 1- the onepage checkout not calculating the the shipping price in the total so you can not place the order, you have to refresh the page many time to calculate. 2- after placing the order no emails received for the buyer or to me. 3- i need to remove the ( State/Province - Zip/Postal Code - Fax ) from the form.
